Marketing Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) Through Instagram in the Marketing Era 4.0

The purpose of this research is to understand and describe how the marketing strategy MSMEs via Instagram in Marketing 4.0 era. data collection technique used was in-depth interviews with owner Zeen Shake its customers as many 70 people. selection informants carried out by a purposive sampling method collected were analyzed using Nvivo software version 12. results study showed that on uploading photos providing information captions, promos certain days, also upload testimonials from consumers. Besides, researchers got new findings, namely markets products through mouth or Word Mouth (WOMM). In current era 4.0, customer path found (New Customer Path), 4A (Aware, Attitude, Ask, Act Again) 5A Appeal, Act, Advocate). This happens because use technology which causes all people connect one another.
